West Palm Beach Estate Planning Attorney Alfred G. Morici earned his first law degree from the University of Santa Clara School of Law in Santa Clara, California. He earned his second degree, a Masters of Law Degree in Taxation, from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.
He then served as a law clerk to the Hon. Emmett C. Choate, Senior U.S. District Court Judge in Miami, Florida, and then to the Hon. Warren L. Jones, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit (now Eleventh Circuit) in Jacksonville, Florida.
He has been the Chairman of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Florida Bar Grievance Committee “C” for Palm Beach County, Florida and is the Past Chairman of the Probate Committee, South Palm Beach Country Bar Association based in Boca Raton, Florida.
Mr. Morici is Past President and Director of the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council, and Past Director of the Boca Raton Estate Planning Council.
Attorney Morici has argued a federal appellate case where his legal brief and oral argument established new federal case law. See Ball vs. Mathews, 563 F. 2d 1148 (4th Cir. 1977).
He is admitted to the practice of law in Florida, California and Virginia. He has been admitted to the practice of law since 1971.
